By using High Velocity Sports facilities or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Facility Use

Users must follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Facility use is limited to scheduled times and authorized activities. We reserve the right to deny access for safety violations or inappropriate conduct.

3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility. Participants under 18 require parent/guardian consent.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from HV Sports about schedules, cancellations, and program updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the [Phone Number]. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [support email address or toll-free number].

5. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. High Velocity Sports is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or device.

6. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive text messages from High Velocity Sports. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

7. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is due at registration. Refund policies vary by program. We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances.

8. Photography Release

HV Sports may photograph or video participants for promotional purposes. Participation constitutes consent to such use.

9. Limitation of Liability

High Velocity Sports is not liable for injuries, accidents, theft, or property damage occurring on premises or during programs, except as required by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration is used for program administration and communication only. We do not sell or share information with third parties for marketing.
